All quilting, whether an all over design or custom quilting done block by block, is completely computerized for accuracy and consistency.

Fees
The cost of quilting for your quilt is under your control! You choose the complexity and density from our selection of thousands of designs. You will know how much your quilt will cost when you drop it off. Anything that deviates from the original price will be discussed with you before it's done (such as a repair). No surprises!
In general, the fees for edge to edge are as follows:

Light density, simple design: 1 1/2 cents per square inch

Medium density, more complex design: 2 cents per square inch

Heavy density and/or very complex designs: 2 1/2 cents per square inch
Custom Quilting is priced per quilt, and depends on what designs are chosen, if borders are quilted separately , if blocks are done individually, etc. You can choose these designs just as you choose an all over design.
Batting
I carry nothing but the absolute best in batting. I use Quilter's Dream Machine Blend, which I offer by the inch. It is sturdy, yet quilts up incredibly soft. Purchasing your batting by the inch (93" wide) minimizes left over batting, and also minimizes the cost of your batting, since you're not paying for more than you need. I also offer Quilter's Dream packaged batting in cotton and cotton/poly, and can order ANY Quilter's Dream in any size or fiber. Just let me know when you drop off your quilt!
Your fine piecing deserves the very best. There IS a difference!
Backing
CCQS has a wide selection of 108" wide backing fabric in a rainbow of colors and many different neutrals. Big plus....if you buy your backing at CCQS, you will not have to iron it! 3 yards of 108" backing will be enough for a quilt that's 100 x 100. And it's cost effective, too! It is just 1/2-2/3's the cost of making backing out of regular width yardage....without the hassle!
